4. Patterneers is a Marketplace

Patterneers is a marketplace connecting buyers with creators selling digital craft patterns. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the agreement between buyer and seller.

When you purchase a pattern, you enter a direct contract with the seller. Patterneers is not the seller and is not liable for the performance of that contract.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including pattern files, images, descriptions, and reviews.

5.2 License to Patterneers

By posting content, you grant Patterneers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services, including displaying your listings to buyers, marketing the platform, and providing customer support.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others. See our Intellectual Property Policy.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of consumer rights.
